Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ghost Tax platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Ghost Tax Inc. ("Ghost Tax", "we", "us") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

2. Description of Service

Ghost Tax provides financial intelligence analysis for SaaS, AI, and Cloud spending. Our Service includes: • Free exposure detection scans • Paid Financial Exposure Detection reports ($490) • Stabilization Protocols (scoped pricing) • Continuous Drift Monitoring (€2,000/month) • Custom Stabilization Missions (enterprise pricing) Output is decision intelligence, not financial advice. Ghost Tax does not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to: • Provide accurate information when using the Service • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis methodology • Not resell or redistribute reports without authorization • Not use automated tools to access the Service at scale

4. Payment Terms

• Detection reports (€490): one-time payment via Stripe • Stabilization Protocols: invoiced upon agreement • Monitoring subscriptions: monthly recurring via Stripe • All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes • Refund policy: if detection reveals less than €5,000 annual exposure, contact us within 14 days for a full refund

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to Ghost Tax • Ghost Tax retains ownership of its methodology, algorithms, and platform • Reports delivered to you are licensed for internal business use • You may share reports within your organization without restriction • External distribution requires written authorization

6. Confidentiality

Ghost Tax treats all client data as confidential. We will not disclose your analysis results, business information, or report contents to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ghost Tax provides decision intelligence based on available data and established methodology. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our confidence scores reflect the reliability of our analysis. Findings with lower confidence should be validated with internal data before action.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. You will retain access to previously delivered reports after cancellation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. For EU clients, this does not affect your mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
